Next time I make a drastic career change and decide to go back to grad school, don't wait until all the deadlines have passed to do it. I have made things complicated by not thinking of this a couple weeks sooner. Just trading one set of stresses for another - but these stresses are concrete and workable...and distinctly temporary.
Hard to believe that two weeks from now I'll be on my way home from my first class in around 7 years.
Not much to say tonight, exhausted from the warehouse job and have another 10-hour shift tomorrow. Getting too old for this. I feel like the "Time to make the donuts" guy but instead of making donuts, I'm filling boxes with construction paper. Not as tasty...but high fiber, I guess.
